Multilingual Senior Project Manager Mandate


Our client international company in London is currently seeking Senior Project Manager Mandate (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Italian) to join their team.

The overall objective will be to take the lead client-facing role in running projects. The senior project manager will demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in client service, project management and functional/technical skills whilst ensuing excellent working relationships with all team members.

Project Management

Ensure all studies are executed to meet client specifications and expectations with regards to quality and timeliness
Ensure that when a project commences, all key study parameters have been clarified and agreed-upon (e.g. screeners etc) and communicate project specs clearly & accurately (e.g. quota, sample, timelines) both externally and internally
Assume full responsibility for questionnaire review and feedback to the client
Assume full responsibility for the programming of the English link and achieving client sign-off, working alongside the junior project manager to achieve this goal
Assume full responsibility for ensuring the project timeline is adhered to and raising any potential resource problems with the Director of Project Management or the Team Leader
Assume full responsibility for co-ordination with other departments to ensure a seamless project management process.
Working with the Junior project manager on the study to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered in a timely and costly manner
Assume full responsibility for awareness and management of all project parameters at all times
Assume full responsibility for daily updates to clients
Proactively advise the AD team of any red flags, issues that could affect the successful outcome of study and clearly & effectively communicate with both the client and the project team members in a timely manner


Functional/Technical Development
Develop personal functional expertise in all relevant aspects of project management and project delivery
Helping the Director of Project Management and Team leader to identify any areas for functional and technical improvement of the project management department in order to ensure we have the optimum type and level of processes to meet client service and project volume expectations
Where necessary, take a lead role in the implementation of any changes necessary to address these improvement areas

Salary: £20000- £30000
