French and German Speaking Client Solution Adviser
Our client is an international company that is currently looking for a French and German Speaking Client Solution Adviser.
This is 13 months maternity cover.
Location: Buckinghamshire
Role information
Your role will be covering Belgian, German and French markets.
Provide a high quality interface for internationally based customers.
Handle effectively customer medical orders, product enquires and other questions relating to services.
Work in accordance with agreed performance indicators, operating policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Record and progress orders received by phone, fax or e-mail, recording specified/required information, within defined deadlines for order delivery
Ensure that quotations and contractual arrangements are honored
Offer substitute products or additional products when appropriate
Understand the nature of the product, its importance and prioritise the workload
Work in harmony with the distribution teams to ensure first class service to the customers
Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
Progress and resolve routine problems referred by customers or suppliers in accordance with standards and procedures
Liaise with distribution agents to resolve delivery queries
Seek authorisation for the supply of replacement products for those found faulty by customers
Maintain regular, open, and productive communications with customers and field sales personnel
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer service inquiries received from customers
Maintain up-to-date customer and price databases
Participate in the development of the customer service team through meetings, and other planned events
Assist with customer invoicing processes and accounting related queries, credit control
Experience and Skills
Native fluency in French and German
Dutch/Flemish would be at an advantage
Proven ability to handle different levels of customers over the phone
Inter-personal skills maintaining positive and constructive working relationship with customers, suppliers and internal staff
Time management against demanding deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work to high quality levels
Background of cross-cultural working environments and small team working
Attention to detail
Computer literate, use of Microsoft Office and Customer Databases
Salary and additional information
Salary: £18,000- £25,000 (depending on experience)
This is 13 months maternity cover.
