Multilingual Junior Project Manager
Our client international company in London is currently seeking Multilingual Junior Project Manager (Italian, Spanish, Dutch, French or German) to join their team.
The overall objective will be to assist the Senior project manager in the day to day running of projects. The Junior project manager has to demonstrate the highest levels of project management and attention to detail skills whilst also ensuring excellent working relationships with team members.
OBJECTIVES
Client Service
Become a champion for client-focus, outstanding customer service and outwardly-orientated thinking within the team through high quality work on projects
Project Management
Ensure all studies are executed to meet client specifications and expectations with regards to quality and timeliness
Attend a full briefing with AD and Senior project manager on study specifications at project commencement
Assume full co-ordination for internal project co-ordination whilst working closely with the Senior project manager and the knowledge of external deadlines
Organisation of programming schedule
Organisation of translation & proof-reading schedule
Pre-fieldwork organization
Fieldwork management including Special Field management
(Initial review of English language link and feedback to survey builders prior to review of English language link by Senior project manager)
Assume full responsibility for checking of language links versus translated questionnaire content
Assume full responsibility for submission of honorarium
Functional/Technical Development
Develop personal functional expertise in all relevant aspects of project management and project delivery
Helping the Senior Project managers, the Team leader and the Director of Project Management and to identify any areas for functional and technical improvement of the project management department in order to ensure we have the optimum type and level of processes to meet client service and project volume expectations
Salary: £20000- £27000
