German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client is an international company that is currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative.


Role information
Capability to define problems and solve complex problems. Ability to propose creative solutions to complex order issues. Ability to quickly identify and adjust priorities based on the immediate needs of the customer.


Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process purchase orders and quotes according to SOX/ISO rules and Customer Service
• Responds to internal and external order inquiries and follows issues through to resolution and customer satisfaction
• Manages order and quote priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and full support of the sales force
• Maintain sales order and quote records in DM5 to ensure SOX compliance and ready access to records
• Works closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Legal to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and fulfillment



Requirements

A degree or higher preferred. High school diploma.
Fluency in German 3+ years experience in a high volume order entry/customer service environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, JDE preferred.
Computer experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems required.
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and scheduling skills are essential.
Strong teamwork and communication skills. Self motivated with the ability to persevere and resolve issues to meet or exceed customer expectations.


Salary up to £23,000 (depending on experience)
