Director Sales & Marketing Belgium
105 to 115k Euros (approx $115,846 to 173,972 US)
Multinational Direct Sales Company products are dietary supplements and skin care.
DESCRIPTION: Develop marketing and service policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction. Must align international business plans with overall corporate strategies and objectives. Must partner with management team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to distributors and customers.
DUTIES: Develops annual marketing plan in support of corporate organizational strategy and objectives. Develops, directs, organizes and coordinates marketing strategies. Facilitates the development of strategic relationships throughout organization. Nurtures business relationships on an international scale. Analyzes local and international marketing trends. Develops advertising concepts for use by distributors, i.e., media and point of sale, product packaging, etc. Monitors, reviews and analyzes personal care and nutritional supplement industries to maintain awareness of current trends, consumer interest and product preferences based upon cultural differences. Facilitates the integration of market information and objectives with research & development, operations, legal, etc. Monitors product “roll out” process to assure timely market delivery. Develops and maintains effective relationships with distributors, participates in conference calls, attends annual conferences and special functions. Coordinates marketing events. Conducts distributor training meetings, promotes and participates in motivational events, workshops, seminars and conferences. Assists in the coordination of product registration and attend meetings to discuss strategies needed to effectively secure the admittance of products into the international markets. Makes recommendations for annual budget. Establishes project cost limitations, monitors project expenditures, prepares various reports to account for fiscal results and defend financial decisions. Evaluate cost and ROI for marketing projects. Acts as Project Manager and tracks timelines and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced degree in marketing, international relations, business or related field plus 8 years progressively responsible work experience. MLM experience required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results. Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span. Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Develop and deploy marketing and service systems.
Bilingual skills – Dutch (preferred) and English (required)
Candidates MUST have multi level marketing, or direct sales industry experience.
