Associate Director
Our client is a leader in Market Intelligence, providing customised research for its client.
This position is based in Central London, with up to 70% travel.
Job Role:
As an Associate Director (AD) of Sales you will hold responsibility for introducing our business and research model to senior executives across Europe.
The sales process is a highly consultative one, given the seniority of our market and the sophistication of their business needs.
Each AD will manage a more junior staff member whose role will be to help identify opportunities and organize live meetings on your behalf.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of one to ten years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Experience selling intellectual products or services is highly desirable
Desire to succeed in a quota driven sales environment for a high-growth, global company
A demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity and motivation to achieve the highest standard of performance in previous roles
Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and represent a research-intensive product
Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills - able to create and deliver convincing arguments and build rapport and credibility quickly with senior executives
Proven sales process mechanics - superior time management skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute directly to the continued success of a high-growth company
Willingness to travel (70%)
Fluency in German or French (desirable, but not mandatory)
Salary:
Salary £40-50,000 + Uncapped Commission (£80,000 OTE First Year)
