Dutch Speaking Analyst
Our client is an international software provider company that is currently looking for a Dutch Speaking Analyst.
Location: Reading
Role Information
Requirements
The objective for the Analysts is to work within teams:
To bring increased efficiencies to the daily operational activities, resulting in increased value for the customer as well as internal process improvements
To provide an excellent standard of customer service in local language to our regional client base
Teamwork
Provide timely and accurate information and figures to the Service Manager and Region for management, financial forecasting and improvement.
Participate fully to balance work schedules through daily load balancing and participation in departmental meetings.
Communicate regularly with all Service Managers and Sales Lead and more importantly, with the direct team.
To participate in regular management meetings and to provide management information as and when required and on a timely manner.
To provide an effective communication link between the customer, the team members and the Service Manager and Sales Lead.
Liaise with and support other departments and regions whenever required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service with a financial background. We need someone who is analytical and comfortable with figures and data as the successful candidate will be processing and analysing customer data and potentially running reports.
Essential
• Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch
• Good academic skills – minimum of three GSCE’s or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Good level of IT skills in general
• High level of numeracy
• Good written and spoken English
Desirable
• Degree or equivalent in related field such as accounting, economics, business studies, computer science etc
Work Experience
Essential
• Experience of working within a supplier/client environment
• Experience of client relationship management through telephone and email interaction
• Experience and ability to work to tight monthly deadlines on key projects
Desirable
• Experience of working within a supplier/client environment within report production based role
• Direct working experience in a dealership environment

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels from dealers to client senior management
• Good problem solving skills, ability to generate possible solutions
