Dutch Graduate Field Sales Managers

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit and train Dutch Graduate Field Sales Managers for their offices in London.

Job Role

To support the forecasted Export Sales Growth in your region

You will be responsible for looking after Franchisees by ensuring business development plans are agreed and met, across the full range of new, existing single showroom, existing multi-showroom, and new multi showroom.

After a two year extensive training programme you will be asked to relocate to Holland; once you are trained to a manager level, your responsibilities include providing timely accurate data, which supports the business development plans. You will be responsible for the development of all franchisees within your region, to their business plan; and for developing individual portfolios of evidence which supports the training and subsequent sales improvements.

The Candidate

• Your most fluent language must be Dutch
• Must have a strong management background in the sales field
• Must be able to conduct business reviews with franchisees to set objectives, analyse progress
• Check effectiveness of previous plans and tactics.
• Must be excellent at spotting what is wrong and rectifying in the field, checking the skill is retained and used forever.
• Must be able to train Sales Control and Planning to franchisees, selling benefits and get them to use it.
• Be able to Design, implement and monitor local tactics and promotions.
• Be able to strategically plan full coverage of the territory.
• Must know what a cash flow means – single showroom and multi-showroom.
• Must understand the correct business set up with respect to (sales performance, stock, debtors, creditors, drawings, overheads, etc
• Be able to forecast growth of the region for annual budgets.
• Must have excellent assessment and feedback capabilities.
• Must actively encourage the use of Sales Control and Planning system and all other paperwork.
• Must be smart in appearance.
• Must time plan effectively and meet all promises to customers.
• Must have strong work ethic – Work hard and have pride in a job well done.
• Must form professional not personal relationships with franchisee.
• Must have high intelligence and maturity.
• Must be able to stay calm in any situation.
• In respect of your own development and Company policy issues, you must be able to identify what you don’t know and where to find out.


Additional Info

Please note, although your two years training programme will be in the UK, you will be asked to relocate to Holland once you are fully trained.

Starting Salary £20k plus company car (Your salary is increased after a pay review every 6 months).

As an experienced RBM you will expect to be earning a Salary of £35k - £40k plus bonus giving OTE £55k+
