Job Description
Nordic speaking care line advisor
Our company leading multinational organisation is looking to recruit a Nordic speaking care line advisor for their offices based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Role information:
They are a very committed Care Line Team and need another equally committed and enthusiastic full time adviser to join the team. They rely on their advisers to be the first point of contact to talk to a range of people. You will handle consumer queries via telephone, letter and e-mail whilst ensuring consumer satisfaction and loyalty to brands. You will also be responsible to identify insights via consumer contacts that can be shared with the business to produce positive action for our products. This is an extremely varied role dealing with a wide range of products for which you will receive extensive training.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in at least 1 Nordic Language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) plus English.
Strong Decision making capability- This will involve building a clear picture of the consumer’s problem and being able to use the teams product knowledge tools, processes and your own personal experience to make consistently good decisions
Excellent communication skills- You must be able to take personal responsibility to build a positive relationship/experience with any consumers that contacts us.
Ability to develop strong relationships - You must be able to listen, understand and emphasise with consumers. This is vital to ensure we provide consumer satisfaction and also turn their insights into action within the business. You will be expected to develop a clear understanding of consumer needs and motivations for contacting us.

The salary for this position is £16,500 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, a comprehensive training

The hours for this position are:
Full Time- Monday-Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
Part Time- Varying shifts between Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
