Graduate Junior Analyst

Our client, a large international company is currently seeking to recruit a Graduate Junior Analyst for their offices in London.

Job Role

The candidate will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks to support the research team:

• Telephoning potential respondents from a pre-defined list; respondents are likely to be senior executives including Chief Financial Officers, Risk Managers, and Treasurers.
• Discussing with these people issues associated with insurance and risk transfer
• Arranging a telephone interview between the respondent and one of our Senior Analysts or Partners at a mutually convenient time.
• Writing to the respondent to confirm interview
• Joining telephone interviews with an Analysts and/or Partner and taking notes
• Writing up the interview in a pre-defined format and discussing the outcome of the interview with an Analyst or Partner
• Working with the Research Team to ensure continual improvements and enhancements

• Graduate with a good university degree
• Fluency in English
• Articulate
• Quick to learn and absorb information
• Confident, strong, professional telephone manner
• Ability to hold an argument/debate
• Ability to think quickly to respond to unexpected questions
• Flexible approach and resilient to set backs
• Business experience or commercial awareness and advantage

Additional Info

Salary = £10/hour

This is a contract role expected to last 2 months with the potential to turn into a permanent role.
