Location: Surrey
Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit Nordic Speaking Bureau Fulfillment Agent for their office based in Surrey.
Job Role
This Job role consists of providing administration and support for a range of test and assessment products, as well as services for all territories from our client.
You will be working to fulfil direct client requests, as outlined in a standard work request form for all territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfil client Work Requests for Bureau products
• Requests include:
o Administration and set up of online and computer-based assessment products, including generation of report for online, offline and internet based solutions.
o Loading answer sheet data (through scanning, manually inputting or internet uploads)
o Verifying answer sheet data and storing originals for future reference.
o Distribution of reports to the client
• Submission of credit note Requisition Forms to Client Admin Support and timely forwarding of new bureau requests for invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with client support regarding queries on bureau products and services
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager
The Candidate
We are looking for a confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances.
You must be:
• Fluent in Danish, Norwegian and Swedish as well as English.
• Optimistic and resilient with the ability to get up and go.
• A person who is adaptable, can deal with repetitive tasks and strives to exceed customer expectations and set challenging goals, which they want to achieve.
