Our client, a large international company, is seeking to recruit a Flemish or Dutch Speaking Sales and Retention Agents for their office located in Belfast

Job Role

Responsibilities include:

• Receives inbound calls from broadband users and overcome issues to avoid customer cancellations.
• Provides customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting services to customers
• Designs offers to save customers that align with company revenue models and cancellation policies.
• Works effectively with other team members to provide support for external and internal customers.
• Focuses on retaining the customer by identifying trends in customer issues and providing resolutions.
• Documents customer requests, resolutions to customer issues, and negotiations with Customers in a clear and concise fashion.
• Is proactive and innovative to ensure that systems and processes are effective.
• Makes a small percentage of outbound calling and telesales to customers
• Focuses on sales and renewing contracts for customers.

The Candidate

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent in written and spoken Flemish or Dutch with English
• Customer Focus - 6 months previous experience in a sales environment
• Specialist Expertise - Experience in Microsoft Office and Internet
• Working with others - Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
• Planning & Organising - Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
• Effective Communication - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Resilience - Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
• Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Responsibility for Results - Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of software, wireless routers and computer networks.
• Experience in a 3rd language

Additional Info

Salary: £14,500 per annum
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday
Training will be conducted over 3 weeks
21 Holiday & 6 Stat days & birthday day off.
