Company: Our client is a Technology Services company that specializes in SAP Solutions. They have developed a unique service offering and delivery model that has lead them to achieving the #1 position in their market. As they have saturated the UK market they have grown their overseas markets and now have customers in 24+ countries in Europe, Asia & USA. They are now building their European sales teams and are hiring business-to-business sales staff that are interested in a targeted high growth services sales position.

Role: The position will involve a mix of new business acquisition and existing client development. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and following up on marketing leads to sell/pitch their business to senior decision makers. Successful sales staff will interface with IT Managers, IT Directors, Procurement, SAP Programme Managers and other senior professionals. Conversations will be intense where you will be expected to conduct business level discussions and impart knowledge, experience and solutions.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level German, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Flemish, Czech, or Hungarian. In addition you will need fluent English.

Successful candidates need to have previous sales skills in a targeted and metric driven sales role. Candidates that understand and have utilized KPI's to improve performance and that are keen to develop their sales skills in an uncapped sales environment will thrive.
