French Speaking Customer Relationship Executives

Our Client, a large international company is looking for Multilingual Customer Relationship Executives for their offices in North West London.

The Job Role

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for engaging with existing active and past inactive high value customers with the objective of increasing lifetime value of each customer within their portfolio.

The position involves:

• Analyzing and reviewing financial figures and activity of such customers.
• Engaging with such customers via telephone and email and online chat.
• Communication of product enhancements and promotions to these customers with a view of generating revenue for the business.
• Updating internal systems and reports with information on customer interactions.
• Monitoring customer behavior and revenue progress in order to optimize opportunities.

The Candidate:

Candidates must have the following attributes:

• Excellent communications skills.
• Fluency in French AND English, AND at least one of these languages: Italian, Spanish, German or Dutch
• Friendly and engaging personality with a track record in “winning people over”.
• Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite – especially Microsoft Excel

Salary: £23-28,000 P/A depending on experience
