Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative - Automotive

Our client, a large international company requires an experienced customer service advisor to be based at their new subsidiary in Barcelona.

Job Role

This is a brand new start-up business for an established international company in the automotive industry. The key elements of the role involve providing expert help and advice to new and existing customers on all products and services relating to automotive parts as follows:

• Answering high volume of incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
• Answering customer queries, offering solutions and handling any problems
• Explaining the repair process and other options available to customers
• Dealing with any complaints that may arise
• Providing accurate information relating to pricing and availability
• Converting calls to sales
• Taking payments and processing invoices
• Updating databases
• Any ad hoc duties, as required

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be able to prioritise workload and have experience of working in a fast paced environment. As this is a small office, employees must be flexible with a can do attitude to help out in any areas as required.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English. You also must have a good academic record, solid job history, and have an interest in cars.

You must have an interest in managing a team / department in around a year's time. Previous experience in a leadership role, either at work or outside the workplace, is a must.

Salary: €18-25k
