Spanish speaking Customer Service Manager - Automotive

Location: Barcelona
Our client, a large international company requires an experienced customer service manager to be based at their new subsidiary in Barcelona.
Job Role
This is a brand new start-up business for an established international company in the automotive industry. The key elements of the role involve managing a team and providing expert help and advice to new and existing customers on all products and services relating to automotive parts as follows:
• Answering high volume of incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
• Answering customer queries, offering solutions and handling any problems
• Explaining the repair process and other options available to customers
• Dealing with any complaints that may arise
• Providing accurate information relating to pricing and availability
• Converting calls to sales
• Taking payments and processing invoices
• Updating databases
• Any ad hoc duties, as required
The Candidate
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good communication skills, be able to prioritise workload
• Have experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Good academic record, solid job history, and have an interest in cars.
• The candidate needs to be a motivated and resourceful leader who has the ability to manage a high growth Spanish subsidiary.
• Motivating staff, de-bottlenecking production, improving and maintaining quality will be your key skills
• If you are a highly driven individual we value energy and intelligence over experience, so if you have a good degree and are willing to jump in the deep end, this is an opportunity to grow fast.
• You must be very hands on action oriented individual with a desire to see things through from beginning to end.
• At least one years managerial experience
Salary: €25k +
