Dutch or German Speaking Customer Service
My client is a well established company that is looking for Dutch or German Speaking Customer Service.
Location: Norfolk
Job Purpose
Ensure that they fully understand the customers’ needs and are able to communicate these to relevant departments.
Drive orders through the system and manage and the Customer’s orders allocated, and assist with the orders of other team members as required.
Communicate with customers and specifiers to ensure that orders are delivered on time, and in the shortest achievable lead-time.
Where appropriate to obtain quotes from internal departments to answer customer enquiries.
Handle repeat orders to ensure goods match previous orders.
Delivery PDF proofs samples and pre-production samples as required.
Ensure that all orders that fall below the margins in Company Guidelines are referred to the Customer Service Manager.
Assist when required with the collation of Customer Service Performance Measures.
Record details of quality and customer complaints to assist with the improvement of the company.
Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, whilst building maintaining a professional relationship with customers.
Deal effectively and quickly with incoming quote enquiries or queries about orders. Follows up quotes to maximise conversion ratios.
Proactively seeks to develop personal relationships with clients, by building trust and by understanding individual customer needs, and ensuring that our promises are kept.
Ensure all e-mailed correspondence with customers is both accurate and timely, and that all significant conversations are confirmed by e-mail.
Deal effectively and sympathetically with customer complaints.
Keep the customer informed on a regular basis about order progress and in particular changes to the delivery schedule.
Attend and staff exhibitions and roadshows as required from time to time, and ensure all contacts are followed up.
Maintain a professional relationship with the specifiers.
Ensure proofs and pre-production samples, (and Proforma Invoices where appropriate) are received from specifiers in correct timescale.
Requirement
6-12 months customer service experience
Fluency in English and Dutch or German
Starting salary between £16,500 – £17,800 (depending on experience)
