German or Spanish Speaking Casino Affiliate Manager

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a German or Spanish Speaking Casino Affiliate Manager for their office in London.
Job Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition and development of relationships for new and existing affiliates, generating global traffic with special emphasis on driving traffic.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
• Increase affiliate revenues for our clients casinos in Germany or Spain
• Identify, negotiate and close business deals with leading German or Spanish affilaites
• Manage and motivate an existing portfolio of affiliates, optimize and develop their performance to maximise player traffic.
• Identify and manage the acquisition of new affiliates through proactive cold calling and networking.
• Be an ambassador for and develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates
• Create a day to day working interface with all departments that support the company's affiliate marketing activities (Web Creators, Copywriters, IT, Translators, Retention, Promotions, Product , Finance, Customer Service, etc.)
• Attending relevant exhibitions and conferences.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
• At least 3 years expert knowledge in online casino, with a thorough understanding of casino affiliate marketing
• Previous experience in a role managing casino affiliates
• Excellent affiliate contacts throughout the gaming world – a real leader in the marketplace.
• A proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical skills and a thorough understanding of profit/loss and ROI
• A degree level education
• Proficient in MS Office products including strong numeracy and excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Income Access software strongly preferred
• Fluent (written and spoken) in German or Spanish, and English.
• A results driven, highly organized, team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills with a flexible attitude
• Ability to establish credibility quickly, perseverance, focus and commitment
• Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on a career in affiliate marketing
• Candidate must be presentable and be flexible with excellent communication (written and oral) skills
