Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a Client Services Administration Agent for their office based in Surrey.
Job Role
To provide efficient administrative support on all client invoicing, credit notes, the set up of new and recurring licences for all territories from the UK.
The job holder will be responsible for identifying requests from the world via e-mail and responding to these within the agreed SLAs.
This role requires a diligent, organized, detail focused individual who will ensure accurate capturing of information to systems and getting the job done. This role involves interaction with the global business and therefore requires an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and strong relations with internal colleagues.
Key Responsiblities:
Receiving invoice/credit note requests and checking for correct approval and completeness
Identifying invoice/credit note requests that need to be returned to countries for correction and/or attention by countries
Accurately transferring invoice/credit note data to key systems on behalf of all territories, and submitting to Finance for issuance.
To administrate the system for annual licence renewals.
Communicate effectively and build strong working relations with client support and Sales Support regarding queries on leased products and licences.
To understand and adhere to the Quality procedures and Service Level Agreements with individual territories.
To identify possible process improvements.
To assist in the handling of ad hoc projects as may be required
Acting as first point of contact for internal staff for billing enquiries.
Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.
The Candidate

Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Happy to work on repetitive tasks
