Gujarati and Urdu Speaking Customer Services Representative

Our client, a vibrant company is seeking to recruit Gujarati and Urdu Customer Services Representative for their office based in South East London
Job Role
The customer services representative will staff a busy service desk to answer the telephone and take approximately 100 calls per day. The main parts of the role include:
• Answering the telephone
• Logging all calls on an in-house database
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Analysing databases daily to indicate trends and service issues.
• Escalating service issues, as appropriate to other members of staff.
• Working shifts to ensure that 7 day cover is maintained
The Candidate
It is expected that the successful applicant will be bi or multi-lingual, will have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal, and possess a clear voice and a good telephone manner. Additional language skills in: Gujarati and Urdu
Applicants will have ideally worked in a similar environment and role with a previous employer and must be skilled in the use of the Microsoft office suite of software products. Solid Customer Service experience is essential and previous experience within in the Telecoms industry is desirable.
Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 pa
