We are able to react efficiently and effectively to any contingency recruitment needs within the timeframe needed by your organisation our standard recruitment process for permanent recruitment is: Step 1 – Taking the brief When briefed about a job with your account manager we will work with you to draw up a detailed description of the position and assess how we can be of help. The brief is much more then just a job description, for us to be able to offer the best possible service we will analyse all the important aspects of your vacant position and your company to ensure we introduce candidates that not only possess the right skills they have the right personal attributes to fit into your company. We also use our knowledge of this sector to advise you of the current employments trends relating to your vacancies. Step 2 – Candidate Attraction Our advertising department will advertise your position on all relevant industry job boards and trade newspapers. We will also search candidate databases from all major sources as we as our own internal database comprising one of the largest specialist cv databases of multilingual professionals in Europe. We will shortlist all the relevant candidates we identify for your positions. Step 3 – Assessment of candidates We use advanced capability based interviewing techniques to interview all candidates to identify the best candidate’s available for position. We language test all our candidates to ensure there fluency in the required languages. At the clients request we can also test candidates on any other required skill such as IT skills and psychometric testing. We perform legal checks and ensure that all candidates have valid work permit. We would only ever submit candidates that we would hire ourselves if we had a similar position. Step 4 – Interview Process We deliver a shortlist of the best candidates for the position and arrange the logistics of all interviews at mutually bifacial time to you and the candidates. We brief and debrief you and the candidates at every stage of interview allowing us to give you full feedback of the candidate’s thoughts and situation. Step 5 – Offer and start of employment We will make offers of employment and get written acceptance from all the candidates you wish to hire. We pre-close all our candidates making sure that they are happy with all aspects of the offer before formally offering them the position. We always request 2 professional references from all candidates we place, and help the candidate prepare for all aspect of their first day of employment. |
